Overview
Strallex is a product I build and run myself — proof that I ship real software, not just slides. It connects to a business's own sales and cost numbers and turns them into a clear read on profit: what's making money, what's quietly losing it, and where the biggest wins are.
What I built
The numbers flow in from the business's own spreadsheets, land on a live dashboard, and go out as a plain-English summary every morning by email and on Telegram — with the actual products to reprice and the profit that would add.
The result
Owners get a daily, opinionated read on their profit without touching a spreadsheet — including the exact items that are losing money and what to do about them.
