These terms cover your use of the Allevity website (allevity.in). They're written plainly and kept short. Any actual project work is governed by a separate written agreement we'll both sign — these terms don't replace that.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Allevity is
Allevity is a one-person software studio run by Brijesh Kandolkar. The services described on this site are a summary of what I do, not a binding offer or quote. Details on the site — timelines, prices, examples — may change, and the specifics of any project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Using the website
You're welcome to browse and share the site. Please don't:
- Copy or reuse the site's design, text, or code as your own.
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
The site's content
The text, design, logo, and code of this website belong to Allevity. The screenshots and names of client and personal projects belong to their respective owners and are shown as examples of work.
Project work and ownership
When you hire me, the details — scope, price, timeline, and ownership — are set out in a written agreement for that project. As a rule, and as stated on the site, you own the code and design you pay for once the work is paid in full. Any estimate given before an agreement is indicative, not fixed.
Links to other sites
The site links to projects and profiles hosted elsewhere, such as strallex.tech, the Gym Tracker app, GitHub, and social media. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
No warranty
The website is provided as is. I keep it accurate and available as best I can, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and the information on it is for general guidance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Allevity isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to the website will be handled by the courts there.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top.
